Hello! I am looking to acquire contact information from email recepients. Is there a way to make either the phone OR the email a mandatory field?

Hmmm - not sure if you really SHOULD offer this. Email is a critical differentiator. You may consider using progressive profiling so if you already have the email, you don't display the ask and then just go on to Phone.

It might be possible with some custom JS, but I'd say proceed with caution.
