Will my unsubscribes automatically be removed from my smart list?

We are running an email campaign, and we want to make sure that our unsubscribes are being removed from the database list.  Does anyone know if the system automatically removes them?

An unsubscribed lead does not get automatically removed from a smart list, however, a campaign that is using that smart list will supress sending the email to anyone who is unsubscribed.  If you don't want to see unsubscribed leads in the smart list results, you can add a filter for unsubscribed (true/false).
