Will Marketo bill me for more leads if it is just during first time sync?

I have to sync my SFDC to Marketo and based on my limit it is 10000 but I am sure after sync it will more than 10k.
But instead of creating the profile in SFDC and then syncing it, I would like to sync them all and then delete them and keep only 10 k or less in Marketo.
Will Marketo charge extra for that?

No they should not. Usually they only take a look at renewal time or if you were over your limit by alot.

Rani, you do not have anything to worry about.  We will not charge you for this.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Ususally this is will be discussed during your renewal.
