Will changing program statuses in a channel while there are programs using it

Hi,

I was wondering if changing program statuses in a channel while there are programs using it causes a problem in either Marketo or Salesforce? Will the only ones still sync across or what happens?

Are you changing an existing Status name or are you adding Statuses?

You can definitely change the names w/o error. Just do NOT copy and paste the names between statuses or you will have a big problem. There is a warning on this.

You cannot delete IN USE statuses, so you will have to hide them instead of deleting them.
