Why weren't they sent a nurture email

Got this lead in on April 25th.  It was added to my engagement program at 1 am yesterday, May 3rd.

My cadence fires at 11 am on Thursdays (yesterday)

Why did they not receive the first email at 11 am if they were already a member at 1 am?

Hey - are you sending just emails in the stream, or using programs? Lots of potential variables here...

The timeframe shouldn't be a problem, there must be another cause.

Simply email programs in this stream (only stream that existed).

Lead was new, received no other messaging and was not stuck in a wait step or anything.

Hi Geoffrey,

A lot of things can explain this and the screenshot you provide is not enough to point you in direction.

  • issues in sub program qualification, as proposed by Veronica?
  • Issues in the validation of the content in your streams ?
  • errors, suspension ot opt-out on the email address?
  • Communication limits?
  • Time zone differences that made the lead to enter the EP in fact after the cast ?

You name it

Comms limits may show up in the Log if the person was eligible to receive an Email at the Cast.

If Timezone rule was selected, I believe the person may skip the Cast.
