Why web pages not tracking?

I have set lead scoring in place with several of the campaigns based on web page visits everytime.  However the page visits when I test it are not showing up.  The munchkin code is on the pages.  What else should I be looking at?

Can you maybe provide an example campaign screenshot? Difficult to say without more details.

You can also try to simulate the desired activity and check the lead log what happened.

And the URLs of some of the pages.

Are the users who are accessing the pages KNOWN in Marketo?

Here is the 24 hr web visit campaign.  The pages listed are the core url's with several other pages that can be reached from there.

www.oki.com/us/printing/products/color

www.oki.com/us/printing/products/monochrome

www.oki.com/us/printing/products/color-multifunction

www.oki.com/us/printing/products/mono-multifunction

www.oki.com/us/printing/products/dot-matrix-printers

www.oki.com/us/printing/products/label-printers

www.oki.com/us/printing/products/pos-printers

I watched this person go to a number of pages last night and yet none of them show up.

Yet you can see the email opens are working:

(a) Triggering and filtering on the same event doesn't make sense (and may in fact lead to 0 results).

(b) Clicks and opens aren't logged by Munchkin.  Do those clicked links end up with the query parameter mkt_tok when the person is redirected to your site?  If not, the Munchkin session will remain anonymous.
