Why we can‘t find the LinkedIn Lead Gen from LaunchPoint

We want to integrate Marketo with LinkedIn Lead Gen, but I can't find the LinkedIn Lead Gen service from LaunchPoint. What's wrong with my account? Please see my screenshot.

We had same issue, contact support (or your sales rep) and they will activate it.
