why is the marketo custom field 'lead notes' not visible to edit with a flow step

Anyone have an answer to this. For some reason the "lead.lead notes" custom field is not available in the dropdown for tokens or in the change data value flow steps.

Marketo Person Notes = SFDC Description

Since people write all sorts of crazy things in there, you do NOT want to display this to the lead or drop it into an email or something.

    "Hot Blonde, Likes Whiskey Sours" is why you can't view that in Marketo. 

    Just create a new field, put it in SFDC's Layout & use it the way you would anything else.
