Why is my list import not getting pulled into "person is created" smart campaign?

We have a subscription management program and smart campaigns set to react to "person is created" via anything except a couple select forms. For some reason, my list imported leads are not being captured by this so they are not triggering the appropriate flow steps. Do leads created via a list react differently to this filter? Thank you!

Can you show a screenshot of exactly how you did this?

Lead is Created with no constraints should react, however, if you did something like Lead is Created via WEbform Fillout, then no, it wouldn't react to a List Import.

Thanks Josh.

Including a screenshot here. We are using the form name constraint to exclude a few specific forms but ideally we want to capture all other lead creates (forms, list imports, API, etc). Does that mean by adding the form name is NOT constraint, we will only capture form fill lead creates?

Hi Kim,

I think this trigger works on leads created through forms excepted with your 3 forms.

Add another trigger "person is created" with a constraint "list is any".
