Why is my landing page conversion higher than my related form submissions?

Hi everyone, 

Quick question, any idea why my landing page performance report shows 135 conversions but my smartlist (built to pull form submissions on that landing page) only shows 124 records? I have the same time line set on both the report and smartlist. Are conversions not unique? Is that the difference?

Conversions in the landing page performance report is total, not unique. The smart list is showing you the number of people who took that action. The LP performance report is showing the number of times those people took that action.

That's what I thought but I couldn't find any documentation that confirmed it. Thank you for the quick response!
