why is my email going to spam?

i have two emails that continue to go into spam folder. when i change the subject line to XXX (which should be blocked), it goes through. doesn't anyone have any idea what this is about? and i send out tons of emails a day. its only these two. could if be this email template? the subject line has been changed countless times and are not spam

Hi Shinoa,

Spam filtering can be highly specific per company.  I'd suggest reaching out to whoever administers your mail servers to determine the exact cause, so you can evaluate this.

Is this a test/sample email?

Is this a new email template/ Is there an error with some part of the subject line or email from/

Is this just your email box or everyone's?

its a test email and it goes to the spam folder of everyone i send it to on the test.
