Why don't I see the option to create a Workspace?

Hi there,

I face a problem with the creation of a new Workspace. I do not see the option to create one in my Admin section. I am an admin of course, but got the access to Marketo recently.

We just bought the licence and did not finish the implementation of our first project / client.

Will the Workspace & Partitions appear after the implementation is completed and Marketo already has some customer data?
