Why Does Formatting ALWAYS Mess Up When I Move Text Around

In email, LPs, anything, the seconf I move text from one place to another, Marketo inserts all this formatting that is not even a part of my template. Same thing happens when I turn text into bullets. I spend so much time just going into the html and taking this junk out. Im sure some of you have experienced this and frankly, it's driving me crazy :)

Any fixes? It's not the template <- checked there first and no sign of this 'formatting' anywhere.
