Why do all our anonymous leads have the same IP address?

We're creating anonymous leads with the Munchkin tag, and it's working; at least, it's collecting their browsing activity.
We'd like to segment our anonymous leads by country, but they all appear to have the same IP address, and it's a reserved IP, so none of the inferred location information is being generated.
Has anyone come across this before?

Hi Dan,

We faced similar issue with one of our analytics tool but that was because of proxy firewall. Did you check all your anonymous leads?

Hi Gunjan,

All our anonymous leads (test, and in prod) have the same IP address, regardless.

I'm not sure how this can happen, since I'd expect the IP address would be the address of the user visiting our site.
