Why do 0 leads appear in my campaign?

I've set up a campaign as I always do, but in the Results tab there are 0 leads! I've tried so much troubleshooting, but I have no idea why this is happening. 

I am using two smart lists. And for some reason, when I get rid of one smart list, the leads from the other smart list suddenly appear. 

Any idea why this is happening? Syncing issues with SalesForce? Something about our list?

I would double check your filters on the smart list. Make sure you are not saying they are on list 1 AND list 2. I have done that before.

Thanks for the help! 

But, yeah, we didn't do that, either. 

We ended up removing the second smart list, because that was seemingly the only way to send our campaign. So now, while it says that it's been delivered to 235 leads, there are still 0 leads that show up in the results page. Very odd...

I thought I remembered seeing a button to refresh and sync up with SalesForce, but can't find it now.
