Why aren't my custom fields available on RCE Report?

We have synced custom fields through to RCA/RCE as dimensions so they should be showing on all lead reports (I think?) but when I create a new "Model Performance Analysis" report they do not show as available fields. They do appear as options on the "Lead Analysis" report.

HI Rebecca,

When you sync'ed them, in admin, Marketo tells you in which report type the dimensions will be available. Check this first.

And then, have you wiated 24 hours? This is the RCE datamart elapse between 2 refresh.

Hi Rebecca, not all types of fields will be available on reports. Basically if the lead fields don't relate to the model performance (they don't, directly), they won't be available. They're available in the lead analysis report because that report is meant to pull in any information about a lead.

In addition to the above, you are only allowed 3 custom fields in the MA report. This is set on the Admin > RCE panel.
