Why are some Inferred Fields hidden in the SOAP API?

Hi,

I've noticed that there are the following Inferred Fields:
Inferred City
Inferred Country
Inferred Company
Inferred Metropolitan Area
Inferred Phone Area Code
Inferred Postal Code
Inferred State Region

When pulling the list of fields from the SOAP API, only Inferred Country and  Inferred Company are displayed. 

Why are the rest of the fields hidden? Is this a bug or a feature?

It is expected behavior, but something I think we may change in the future. Basically, forms use a field map similar to other parts of the application. In the REST API we're building, we're looking at changing that behavior.
