Why am I not receiving Auto replies?

I recently sent out an email and used my email address as FROM and REPLY TO, however the sales reps are receiving them and I am trying to figure out how this happened.

Unless you can show us a screenshot, I am unsure. There are several possibilities

  • The token Lead Owner Email Address was used and your email was in the default.
  • You used an alias email address, which only goes to other people.
  • You did not save the draft, so the old version went out with #1 above.

Thanks for your response. I realized I did NOT deactivate the dynamic "FROM" field when I deployed it. My email address was just in as a default. So that solves the mystery!
