Who's referring a friend

We use the Forward to a friend token in most of our emails. Is there a way to see what MQL who is referring a friend, who they are referring. Reason being we have an incentive if you refer a friend and they sign up and attend an event, you and your friend are entered to win an iPad.

I can pull smart list to get each list separate just not one that says MQL X referred Y and Z to the event.

You can create a Smart List and apply the "Sent Forward to a Friend Email" filter and another with the "Received Forward to a Friend Email" filter, then associate the parameter of the specific email you are looking to track. I am not sure if you can actually track it one for one (who sent the email to who) but this will at least let you see who did it and who got it. If you want to delve deeper, it should show up in the lead's activity log.
