Who clicked link in Email Link Performance Report

The  documentation says:

"If you want to know exactly what an individual lead did, you can pop-up the Activity Log in the Lead Detail page from the Members tab in the program."

docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Email+Link+Performance+Report

Does this mean we need to check the Activity Log of each lead manually? This is not practical when sending to thousands of recipients.

Is there an automated way to find out who clicked email links?

Just create a smart list with the "clicked link in email" filter, then select the email and the link.
