Where to get MSI email template ID?

I want to enter a lead into a program based off of having been sent a MSI email. The trigger looks for TEMPLATE ID but I can't find this for the life of me. Any ideas?

How do I identify the email template ID?   I have found 3 different numbers and none of them seem to work.

1. Number in the email template URL
2. Template Unique Name in salesforce
3. Some number in paranteses that appears after the subject line on a lead in the Activity Feed of someone who has been sent a sales email

One can pull the template ID used in the 'Is Sent Sales Email' -> Template ID constraint from the URL when you have the MSI email selected in Design Studio.

For example, if your URL is https://app-sj##.marketo.com/#EM45322B2, your Template ID is 45322.

This method has been used for sales reps to automatically kick off a follow-up drip campaign after they send the first email.
