Where is the Program Library?

I've seen many articles and discussions about a program library where templates can be imported, including responsive email and landing page templates. But I can't find it anywhere in Marketo or any articles / instructions on how to access it....?

    Hi Raj,

    I've imported the Email & Landing page program, however none of the images render for the landing pages when I preview them. The images in the emails render fine.
