Where is the option to download emails as .oft files?

According to the idea, , Marketo already has the ability to export/download an email as an .oft file to use in Outlook.  Can someone point out where this is?  We don't yet have Sales Insight deployed yet, so please don't refer to that.  Just looking for a simple way to download an .oft file and give it to the Sales teams to use (which is what I think was the original intent of this Idea).

I used to create these way back when - before the current version of Office that we use today – by simply opening the HTML file in IE, selecting “Send page by e-mail” and then saving the email as an .oft file.  Now when I do that and open the .oft file in Outlook, it’s blank.

    I have never heard of this. As you said on the Idea, it seems to be a mistake.
