Question

Where is the "Lead Actions" menu when viewing program members?

Our marketers rely heavily on the program members tab to view program responses and activitiy.  Since we also include the lead score in this view, there are often times when the marketers want to push a lead into CRM - even though the score hasn't reached our MQL threshold.  There are also times when we need to modify data values and lead scores for specific members.  But none of this can be done here.  Am I missing something?  What is the appropriate workflow to complete these actions?

Yeah, that's frustrated me as well. Unfortunately, from the Members tab on a Program, you can't perform any lead actions other than changing their status in the Program. Only thing I can think is to create a Smart List under that Program with a Member of Program filter, and that would create a list of the same leads but give you the ability to perform lead actions.

You might consider adding this as an idea.

Just voted on all three. This seems like a simple dev fix that should definitely be worked on. Would make our lives a lot easier.

Unfortunately this isn't a simple dev fix.  I love this idea too, and will keep you posted on when it may become available.
