I have an email that lives in the design studio (not associated with a program) and it has a token. Where can I find the token to see the data it is pulling? I cant figure out where it would be. Thanks

Hi there,

If I understand your question correctly, you will need to select the email, choose edit and then view the email in the editing view. You should then be able to see which token has been placed in the email.

Hope this helps!

Hey Christina,

To inspect the email in question, just hop into design studio, select the email template from the assets pane on the left, and then click "Edit Draft." Once you're in the Email Editor, you can view the HTML Source and see exactly what tokens your template is referencing.

As an example, our templates reference program-level tokens for metadata, call tracking numbers, and reply-to-addresses.

Good luck!

Ok thanks. I know how to do hat. What I dont know is how to find the token being referenced in the email to see what it is comprised of and update it.
