Where do I find out how the Status is being set on a Lead?

I'm new to helping out with Marketo.  I have a user asking why leads are coming through with a status = working.  Where is the setting for that in Marketo?  Or what determines that?

If you go to the lead and look at their activity log, there should be a campaign associated to a change like that.

Also, just so you are aware of all the triggered campaigns running in your instance... you can go into Marketing Activites > Campaign Inspector and filter to active, triggered campaigns to see everything running.
