where do i change what fields are required for salesforce syn

anyone know where i change what fields are required. we don't alwasy ask for the info on our reg forms that marketo is requiring so leads get stuck in marketo and i have to manually upload them to salesforce

Leads created in SFDC auto sync to Marketo. Marketo leads do not auto sync to SFDC. You create your own workflows for determining who should sync over. As part of that workflow you can determine which fields need to not be blank before a sync happens.
