When users click spam

Hey there
I've been reading a lot in here but I don't seem to get the right answer for my question. 
If users report your email as a spam, is that considered as hard bounce in Marketo?

Hi Ingibjorg, as far as I know, this does not result in a hard bounce in Marketo. Sometimes you will receive an email from a company such as Spamcop telling you that your email was marked as spam, but if you track it back to the original recipient it will show as either just delivered, or delivered and opened.

I've checked some of the email suspended reasons and a lot of them are "554 rejected due to spam content". So this does not mean that these people are reporting my email as a spam? 
My report is filtered by any Email bounce the last 6 months.
