When syncing leads from Marketo to SFDC leads with blank company field and/or last name field are erroring out. Is a way around that?

Or do I just need to build into my steps to populate company name or last name with something like "not provided" before syncing to SFDC?

You'll have to enter something for those fields as Salesforce requires them, and won't save the record without them.

HI Joe,

Go to Admin --> Integrations --> Salesforce.

There you will see two fields under the "Edit Sync Options". The two fields are "Default Company Name" and Default Last Name"


If you fill in these values, we will use this anytime we sync a record where these fields are empty.
