When sending sales alerts, is there a token for last interesting moment?

Hi there,

I have a sales alert triggered once the contact reaches a 15 behavioural point score threshold. Since there may be more than one behavioural activity that triggered the 15-points, I would like to include a Marketo token in the sales alert that points to the last interesting moment so that Sales can see what triggered the sales alert.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

Lindsay

{{lead.Last Interesting Moment Desc}} works for me and it's also visible in the token picker. I would double-check the spelling or re-insert from the token picker and also see if there are any other tokens in the email that are potentially invalid.

Sure, it would be something like this: {{lead.Last Interesting Moment Desc}}

Test it out, but I think that'll work fine in the alert.

Hmm.. I am getting the error: "Token Key not found" once I try to approve the email.

Any tips?

Hmm. If you look in the token picker, do you see that option?

Yep, I did, and am still receiving the same error message. Should I call Marketo support?

Yes, Jep is correct.

Always look up a lead's detail or Admin > Field Management  to see what the exact name of the field is.
