When sending an email, can you redirect replies to an email address different than the "from" address

When sending an email, can you redirect replies to an email address different than the "from" address?  So, if I send from a from email address, can I redirect any replies to another email address (not smartlist, etc.).

Please move the question to Products​ to get answers (unless you meant to mark your own answer as Correct?).  "Champion Program" is for discussing the Champs incentive program itself, not product support.
