When scheduling one-off large campaigns, provide a check box to 'send over time' (in small randomized batches)

Instead of having to randomize lists for large campaigns/email sends -- simply provide a check box to 'send over time' for big campaigns/big sends (automatically sends batch mode -- in small randomized batches)

    Hi Karen,

    That's a good idea, but I would make it a small assistant, where one would have to enter the number of subsets and the time spread. Such as:

    I want to send in 10 random sub sets, over 5 hours).
