​When I put the system.unsubscribeLink token in an email, it directs to the company homepage.

check Admin > Email to verify the correct information is in there. The System token directs to 

http://yourdomain.com/unsubscribe.html

but if you change this, you cannot use the system token anymore.

It looks like you have the default unub link there. 
 

What is your Marketo cname? 

http://CNAME.yourfirm.com/unsubscribe.html

if you try that, does it still default to home?

I was given this link as our unsubscribe http://info.mcfrecognition.com/UnsubscribePage.html
So would this be the correct way to format it? When I hit save changes, it says
