When a CRM picklist is double-mapped, show all possible picklist values, not just the common ones

Today, when you have a Marketo field that is mapped with both a lead field and a contact field and if these fields are picklists in the CRM, Marketo UI will only display the picklist values that are common to the lead field and the contact field. This is for field filters or change data value flow steps, etc...

We should have the choice to get in the UI the values that in contact and leads or the values that in contacts OR leads.
