Hi,

We just did a UAT sandbox refresh from Production is salesforce and after refresh, when I was trying to do some testing on Marketo sandbox linked to Salesforce sandbox, it is failing.

Any Ideas?

The refresh copies all data from production to a newly provisioned sandbox, assigning a new SFDC OrgID.

That effeftively breaks the sync because the OrgID in Marketo no longer maches the SFDC sandbox.

Normally that is done through a Support Case. What is the instance name? There are four:
windriversandbox
windriversandbox2
windriversandbox3
windriversandbox4

You will need to enter the credentials for the refreshed sandbox at Admin - Salesforce once Marketo updates the OrgID.

Subscription Prefix windriversandbox4
Is Sandbox? Yes
Current User marketo@xxx.xxx.uat (replaced for privacy)
Old OrgId suppressed for privacy
New OrgId suppressed for privacy
Informational Messages From Request Processing

Result SUCCEEDED (Sub Enabled For OrgId Switch). Enter New Credentials ASAP (If Needed) Before OrgId Gets Auto Refreshed.
