What to do with MQLs that you cannot get in touch with?
We have some MQLs with incomplete data (missing address or company name, etc.) and therefore will not push to CRM via our connector. They sit in a list and our team attempts to follow up with them via phone call or email.
However, some leads are unreachable/unresponsive after multiple attempts. What do you do recommend we do with these leads? Please note that once a lead hits MQL he/she cannot go through the campaign again per our settings.
