We're looking into have our newsletter provider create the article web pages and the email newsletter through Marketo. How do we give this vendor access to our program to create the email and web pages?

You should look into workspaces for something like this. http://community.marketo.com/MarketoDeepDive?id=kA5500000008QMtCAM

Another option is to create a Role for them with limited access  - perhaps they can only access Design Studio for creating and designing things, but can't access Marketing Activities or Lead Database.

Here's a great article that explains how this works.

Best of luck!

You will also want to consider setting up a unique role for this group to limit their functionality, regardless of workspace, unless you are expecting them to be a fully functional contributor. Personally, I'd give them build rights but not send - one misfire can be a credibility hit.

We have some vendors working for us, and I created seperate roles for them. You don't want them to edit your leads, or see your opportunities of course.
