John, are you looking for this to be automated? Or will you be using My Tokens for this? You can create a token within the program, and name it "datetime" or something similar, then within the asset for that program you could use the token {{my.datetime}}, and it would populate with the information that you've filled in.

You would have to do this via Velocity scripting.
