What is the Nurture Channel? Can I use it?

We are about to revamp some of our nurturing campaigns and I want to put them under the appropriate Channel for tracking.

In Admin, I just noticed this new "Nurture" channel that is associated with "Engagement"? However, I can't create a new program with this Nurture program as it's not available.

I assume this channel is for future functionality around the Engagement Module? Why is it even exposed if it can't be used? Anyone know about this?

That's probably what happened.

But you can also create your own "Nurture" channel, but it doesnt sound like that's what happened.
