What is the Lead Count in Web Activity For?

In the Company Web Activity Report, there is a column for leads. What does this mean? I dont see any with a 0 which is strange since that would imply every single company that visits our site has at least 1 person in our database. Can someone explain where this # comes from in the Leads column? Thanks!

It's the number of known or anonymous leads that visited the web page during the measurement period.

Yes, technically, an anonymous lead is still a lead.  The number should give you insight into how many unique devices from the IP are viewing your website

They may not all be unique devices if someone clears their Marketo cookie for your domain and revisits your site, they will appear as a separate anonymous lead visit.
