What is the best way to imports user lists from Mail chimp?

The short answer is export from Mailchimp and import as a csv to Marketo. However, to which data are you referring? Marketo can only take information held in lead fields like first name, last name, company, whether or not that person is unsubscribed, etc. Marketo will not accept activity history from mailchimp so you won't be able to import data about email opens or clicks to Marketo.

In addition, if you are planning to integrate Marketo with a CRM, you may not need the data from Mailchimp at all as it may be in your CRM already. If you are currently in the process of onboarding, you should have a Marketo consultant with whom you are working. This would be a great discussion with that person to discuss how your business is set up with Mailchimp and how to get what you need out of Marketo in regards to Mailchimp data.

What Kristin Crowe​ mentions is absolutely correct. The most important thing in the whole transition is to make sure you import the Unsubscribes and make sure "Unsubscribed = TRUE". I've had experiences in the past where people have deleted unsubscribe requests instead of keeping them unsubscribed, and I can't tell you the type of nightmares that ensue
