What is the best way to batch process a campaign to register the members for a new webinar?

We use go to webinar and just transitioned to a new gtw account. A few participants registered under the old go to webinar and their information is saved in that campaign. What would be the best way to batch the flow through the new webinar campaign to make sure they are registered for their appropriate sessions? Thanks in advance for your insight into this issue.

So far I use a smart list filter 1)lead was a member of program true 2) lead was a member of new webinar program is false, then a flow of 1) lead added to list "registered" 2) set status to "registered". It seems to work.

    That is correct. Change the program status in the new program to Registered and they will sync up to GTW.
