What is the back-end product that triggers off of Marketo's own forms?

Hi-
I just filled out the form to download the 50 Tried and True Social Insights ebook. The form was autopopulated, as expected, but when I clicked Submit a little pop up came up asking me to confirm my company name/address (from the database). I thought this was pretty cool because it will keep company info consistent in the database regardless of how the individual completes the form. Is this a ReachForce SmartForm or some other vendor's product? Is anyone else using this on their forms? Here's the link to the landing page/form:

Thanks,
Alisa

Thanks Elliott. I'd love to hear from other Community Users who use the ReachForce forms. Is it worthwhile?

Just updating this thread with our new Case Study findings on the value of ReachForce SmartForms.

LeadMD found its persona-based nurture tracks were moving net new leads to revenue opportunity 300% faster than standardized demand generation leads – so they needed to design a strategy to put more leads on the persona path faster. With ReachForce SmartForms, LeadMD was able to cut 6 months of the time required to put prospects on this accelerated nurture, increase program ROI 37%, landing page conversions 26% and projects an additional $1 million in revenue due to SmartForms web form data enrichment.
