What is SyncMObject?

I am looking forward to using this operation to customise programs via third party client. 
Such as create a specific type program in specific path with specific attribute. I wonder if this SyncMObject support this?

BTW.could you tell me  if we can create a campaign through api? if we can create an email through api ?

Not yet - we'll be adding the ability to set channels/tags for programs in the near future.  You cannot create campaigns/emails, but can definitely invoke campaigns.  Documentation is available at
