What is Black Cat Diagnostics and Support Tools-Run Stats?

I see two new things under List Actions in the Lead Database: Black Cat Diagnostics and Support Tools - Run Stats. Curious, I tried clicking on them both and just get errors. I can't seem to find any info in the Community, either. What are these?

Black Cat Diagnostics and Support Tools - Run Stats  are designed for troubleshooting purposes.
They are used by Marketo Support and Engineeing.

Some Marketo instances are displaying the two options to administrative users. The problem is being rectified.

Black Cat Diagnostics and Support Tools - Run Stats  are designed for troubleshooting purposes.
They are used by Marketo Support and Engineeing.
