What exactly is the filter "Is New Standard Lead"

I am trying to exclude any new leads for engaging a Smart Campaign's Flow step from any New Leads that were just created within the last 1 hour.  Is this the proper filter to use?  I'm assuming "Standard Lead" is just your basic new lead? What other types of Leads are there?  Also, is there anyplace to go to find definitions for all the different filters and constraints?
