What exactly does "Converted to Opportunity" mean?

Hey all,

I have scoured the forum and documentation and still don't have a clear idea of the meaning of the field "Converted to Opportunity" in the context of a RCE Program Membership Analysis.

All the documentation gives as a definition is "The lead is converted to an opportunity", which is ambiguous. Does this mean that at some point in the past, the lead in question WAS converted to an opportunity, potentially before they engaged with the program in question? Or does it mean that they were converted to an opportunity AFTER they engaged with the program?

If it's the former, is there a way natively to determine leads that were converted to opportunities subsequent to their program engagement/success? I.e., the business question we're answering is "how many opportunities were created as a result of this program?"

Thanks!

It means the lead is associated to an Opp in the timeframe you selected.

If you want real attribution, then you need to look at the FT/MT Program Opp reports with more of the details they provide.

All this says is that the Lead was touched by that Program and has an Opp right now, or while the lead was a member of the Program.
