What does unsubscribe mean?

When I pull results, what does the "unsubscribe" tab indicate? Is this an actual unsubscribe, flagging the email to be removed from the email distrobution list, or is it a customer flagging it as junk/spam? Or is it even the customer's email moving it to junk/spam folder?

It's how many people that have unsubscribed from that asset. The customer isn't flagging it as junk/spam; they are opting out of future emails from you.
