What does MCE mean?

Hello,

we have added a script on our MKTO Landing Pages to block some form submission. The script was working perfectly for months but is no longer working. Based on comments from our dev. team, this is related to:
<mce:script type="text/javascript”> where normally we should see <script type="text/javascript”> 
Can somebody please explain what mce: means? Apparently this is blocking the execution of the script by our browsers.

Difficult to say without checking the exact page and source. Not sure if Marketo is 'preprocessing' any custom javascripts added in document editor. I have not experienced this issue myself even though I use custom javascripts.
