What does Email Suspended Cause "1" mean?

I can't seem to find this documented. I'm looking at a list of email addresses with non-empty Email Suspended Cause fields. The most common cause is "1." Can anyone tell me what that means?

Thank you.

I'm not familiar with an email suspended cause "1". Are you referring to the hard bounce category "1" which indicates your email has been marked as spam?

Hard Bounces

Hard Bounces come in two types, Category 1 and Category 2.

  • Category 1 bounces are emails that have been marked as spam by the recipient mail server. Many email servers monitor blacklists or spam traps, so after de-listing with them, leads that have had a Category 1 bounce previously may be able to receive emails again.
  • Category 2 bounces occur due to an email address that is invalid or doesn’t exist.

I found it in the Email Suspended Cause field.

It's a true/false indicator. Email suspended 1 means that it's a value of true.
